In normal weather conditions, Lake San Antonio has 5,000 surface acres of water and summer water temperatures up to 70 degrees, making it an ideal water skiing lake. Formed by the damming of the San Antonio River, Lake San Antonio is divided geographically into South Shore and North Shore.
Visitors can enjoy active water sports all year at Lake San Antonio. Nothing brings family and friends together like spending time at the lake enjoying wakeboarding, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking or tubing. Several launch ramps around the lake make it fast and easy to get on or in the water. A swim beach is accessible on the south shore with a lifeguard on duty in the high season, a favorite for families with young children.
